Description
Desi Nihari – 8 Hour Masterpiece (Signature Dish from Old Delhi, India 🇮🇳 )
Nihari was once the royal breakfast of Mughal emperors—slow-cooked overnight and enjoyed at dawn. Today, we honour that legacy with our signature Desi Nihari, inspired by the bold, rustic soul of Old Delhi, and proudly rooted in Chandni Chowk Area.
This dish is all about time, tradition, and taste. Bone-in lamb is gently boiled for 6 hours in our house-blended Nihari spices, followed by a 2-hour finishing process to create a thick, deeply flavorful gravy that’s rich, aromatic, and unforgettable.
