Description

A wholesome and flavorful North Indian dish made with red lentils (masoor dal), gently simmered and tempered with cumin, garlic, and dried red chilies in soya-based vegetable oil. Enriched with onion, ginger-garlic-green chili paste, and traditional Indian spices, this dal is smooth, aromatic, and soul-satisfying.

Can be made vegan or vegetarian on request.

Ingredients: Red lentils (masoor dal), onion, 3G paste (ginger, garlic, green chili), cumin seeds, dried red chilies, turmeric, Indian spices, soya-based vegetable oil.
